Pruning the Rebellion

Ladies and Gentlemen:

If you haven't notice, your underlings are already complaining about your poor treatment to them. Some of your newer minions have already started contemplating how your heartless exploitation have already pushed them to the edge. They claim that they have never seen such
treatment before in the empires they have worked for.

For the last two weeks. They never tasted any restday. During workdays even, you've forced them to work for almost 10 hours every day.

Have you realized that you have already took their life from them? Have you ever thought that you're facing conflicts in two fronts?

Of course, your subordinates know that we have a deadline to catch. But in their hearts and in their minds, they are extremely understaffed. Working conditions have already become too unbearable. Try to stay for one hour inside the office and you'll hear the chorus of coughs coming from your people.

They are tired and exhausted ladies and gentlemen. Even your leaders and managers are already at the very edge of their sanity. You have to act quickly or you might one day be confronted by rebellion and retreat from two fronts. And you cannot blame them. It was you
who planned all these things.

Please be advised people that with such working conditions, if ever some of them decided to leave, it would be very very hard for you to find a replacement.

You have been forwarned. Discontent is already brewing during breaks and dismissals. Act now, or you may find yourself in a much difficult possition later.
