I pray that it will rain hard
tomorrow so that people
would have to think twice
of attending the much anticipated
protest rally in Ayala.
It's not just because I'm
for the government or I hate
the opposition and the groups
clamoring for the removal of GMA
in Malacanang, or I'm being tired
of this political fuckshit
I see and hear everyday
but for the sake of my sister
Who has lost her mind
to idealism and threw
herself to the fires
that fans the flames of student
activism and militancy
in this hopeless country.
